You are invited to join us for a day retreat and workshop in Bend, OR. Together with your peers, we will share stories of hope, honoring our experiences and service. We will explore how we are each equipped to meet the needs of the demanding professions we chose. Using the principles and skills of courage and emotional agility, we will reclaim our footing, as we hold up all of the pressures we face.
This one-day event will feature artwork from fellow healthcare providers and pieces by people whose lives have been impacted by medical workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Light refreshments will be provided for participants, and an hour-long lunch will give time for a walk, run, or lunch with friends at one of the nearby local restaurants (El Sancho, La Parilla, Kanona Cafe, Bo's Falafal Bar).
Every effort will be made to provide for safe conversations for people of all backgrounds.
This event is hosted and facilitated by Gina Stout, RN ACC. She is a credentialed leadership and professional development coach who has spent more than 25 years working in healthcare. Please see AnchorAndAim.Com to learn more about her and her work.
