Prior to working as a coach, Gina served for more than 25 years in healthcare. Most of this work was in emergency and trauma settings. During this time, she walked with countless individuals and families going through transition, grief, trauma, and illness.
Gina has worked beside remarkably courageous and compassionate humans while serving in healthcare. Her heart will be forever pulled to the needs and care of the caregivers themselves.
As a coach, she has enjoyed working with nurse leaders, physicians, organizational executives, physical therapists, clinic owners, dentists, and many other public servants.
When working with healthcare leaders, Gina creates a safe space to talk about issues such as conflict resolution, secondary trauma, resilience, depletion, change management, and burnout. She understands the landscape of healthcare and knows that the problems faced each day by people in medicine are far more complex than most people understand. There is no easy button.
Gina believes that the hope for the future of our healthcare system lies in the humans doing the work. How can you make a change within the politics of healthcare? How can you help reconcile healthcare leadership with caregivers themselves, building trust and not animosity? How can you communicate clearly in the face of continual pressure and policy change? How can you keep serving, when you are depleted and frustrated?
Please call Gina. She wants to help.
Even the saviors need saving.
Even the healers need healing.
Even the holders need holding.
Even the beings need being.
